PROCESSING YOUR ORDER:
Orders will be processed between 1-3 days of purchase.

Domestic Shipping within the USA takes 3 - 7 business days.
International orders take between 7 - 18 business days
SHIPPING COSTS:
Orders within the USA are eligible for FREE shipping.
If you would like faster/upgraded shipping - those options are available at additional cost.
International orders will have a flat shipping rate of $35 - Free shipping on orders over $300
LOST OR RETURNED ITEMS:
If your package is lost, or tracking shows it was delivered and you did not receive the item you must contact the shipping service and file a claim within 21 days. This is out of our control.
If the package cannot be located, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement item, as per the customer's preference.
RETURN POLICY:
You have within 30 days from the day you received your order to return it.
We offer free exchanges and $10 returns on domestic orders.

If you have to return an item, $10 for the return label and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Items must be returned with tag! The garment must NOT have been washed, worn, or damaged and returned back in its original condition. This includes: No stains, perfumes, deodorant marks, smears, or tears in the fabric
If an item is returned with any of these you will NOT receive your refund.
INCORRECT ORDER/DAMAGED ORDER:
If an item is delivered damaged, or it is an incorrect order, you must contact us within a 7 day period to returns@petiteculture.com and we will be happy to help you !
We will cover the cost of shipping the correct item back to us. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the customer's convenience and promptly send out the correct item upon receiving the returned item.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
DUTIES + TAXES:
Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages.
Please be mindful that customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes and brokerage fees that may be required by your local government.
Petite Culture recommends checking with your country’s customs office ahead of time to determine what these additional costs will be.
We have no control over the amount of these fees and they are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.
The customer is responsible for receiving the package and arranging delivery if needed. We provide tracking information, and the shipping carrier can be contacted if needed.
If delivery fails due to the customer, we are not responsible for the package and you will not receive a refund for your order.
REFUSAL OF PACKAGE:
Should the customer decide to refuse delivery of a package due to the duties or taxes levied by their country's customs, Petite Culture will charge a $50 fee (for orders over $300) or a $35 fee (for orders under $300) to cover a restocking fee and the cost of international shipping back to us.
